Our Refund and Return Policy governs session cancellations and multi-session package refunds.
1. Cancellation Notice
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice before a scheduled session can be rescheduled at no additional charge.
2. Unused Package Sessions
If a student discontinues tuition before completing a multi-session package, unused sessions are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
